Customer Support Representative

We at Vipper are the missing link between airline tickets and ground tickets. Vipper.com offers travelers a hassle-free travel experience by selling door to door tickets all under the one booking. We are currently looking for an English-speaking customer support representative to join our Macedonia team.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and revolving customer complaints
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer all questions
  • Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in our CRM
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Masters English language, other European languages are a bonus
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
